The aim of the Women-Men professional equity trophy is to reward the three best companies that respect the standards relating to the principle of equal opportunities between men and women in terms of employment, working conditions, continuing training , as well as the participation of women in the company's representative entities.

Organized by the Ministry of Labor and Professional Integration in partnership with the Econowin program implemented by GIZ as well as various associative partners (Babies of Morocco and Ababou Foundation), the event awarded prizes and certificates to companies having proven their commitment and being innovative in terms of gender equity, but also provided an opportunity for the exchange of expertise and good practices in this area.
