Initiated by the "Babies of Morocco" association, this trophy rewards companies with good corporate parenting support practices, aimed at preserving work-life balance.
Organized in partnership with the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Morocco (AFEM) and the General Confederation of Employers of Morocco (CGEM), the Trophy recognizes four winners selected from among several candidate companies.

Espace Transit received this trophy in 2015 in the “Financial support” category for employees. On this occasion, a corporate parenting charter was signed.
This document, drawn up for the first time in Morocco, commits the signatory companies to support mothers and fathers to better reconcile their professional and family life by taking into account parenthood in their daily management of their human resources.
